How are the managed dedicated servers different from virtual servers?

How long does it take for my support query to get answer?
With chat and telephone support we strive to answer your call immediately with an aver wait time of 14 seconds. Email / Ticket support inquiries are typically RESOLVED within 1 hour. If your server experiences a hardware failure we will replace it within 4 hours. Each managed dedicated server is provided with an initial security hardening which includes the installation of a firewall to help protect your server. If your server is compromised our support staff will assist in recovering it and restoring it back to operational condition.
