ARYA Windows Web Hosting: Create Mailing List Plesk Windows

- To set up a mailing list, Please first login to your Plesk Control Panel:

1- Click Mail Account Icon.

2- Click Mailing List Tab.

- In this page you can add your new Mailing List

3- Click Add New Mailing List Icon.

4- In this page enter name for your Mailing List.

5- Enter an email address as a administrator email for mange your Mailing List.

6- Leave the Notify administrator of the mailing list creation check box selected.

7- Then Click OK to create your mailing list name.

- In this page you can add new member to your mailing list.

8- Click on Add New Member Icon

- In this page you have two option for add new member to your mailing list, one by one or upload your mailing list file.

9- For Add New Member on by one, you need enter each email address to the box.

10- For save new member, Click OK.

11- The new member email address has been active to your mailing list. 

- For upload member list file, Click Add New Member.

- Before upload your text file member list, you need to provide your list as a text file and each email address must be wrote per line.

13- Select Add From a Text File radio button.

14- Then Click Browse to find your file in your computer.

15- Select your mailing list text file in your computer.

16- Then Click Open.

17- In this page you will see the path of the text file in your computer.

18- Then Click OK

19- After upload the file, list of your new member will be active in your mail list.

20- For remove any email address from your mailing list, just you need to select the email address, Then Click Remove Link Text

- After add all new member to mailing list, go back to Mailing List page. Pic: No 2.

21- Your Mailing List has been created and it's activated.

- To post a newsletter issue or other information to the mailing list, send it by e-mail to the mailing list's e-mail address. All subscribed users will receive it.

22- Select a check box corresponding to the mailing list that you wish to remove.

23- Then Click the Remove Link Text and Confirm removal and click OK.
